Nona cottage project

This project transformed a former gym and flex room into a cozy mother-in-law suite, perfect for longer guest stays. The renovation included a new laundry room and a master closet to enhance convenience for extended visits. My goal was to create an inviting, organic Floridian feel to make out-of-town guests feel welcome. We added a small kitchen area where a closet used to be, along with a flex workspace and island seating for meal prep and casual dining. An exterior door was removed to make space for an entertainment nook, maximizing comfort and usability.
